Synopsis for northern california waters..Gale force northerly winds will increase again this afternoon across all waters. A strong thermal trough will continue to produce gale force winds and very steep, hazardous seas through at least Monday night across much of coastal the waters. Gale force conditions may persist across the southern outer waters through Tuesday. Conditions will gradually improve mid to late next week, but seas will remain hazardous for small craft.
